Some nice things people said about Feast of Hate and Fear:
From Subliminal Prison Issue 4
I really
love this zine. Created and written by a man who loves what he does, which
is thinking. Adel 156 presents ideas that are easy to understand and agree
with in a way that is thought provoking. Issue 4 has a little of everything
and a lot of some things. There is a hilarious interview with a member of
the Hammer Skins, a white supremacy group. The interview mostly involves Adel,
calling himself Axel, exploiting "our white brother's" lack of brain
cells, such as demanding that the Nazi use the term "slightly darker
clan bears" rather than "niggers" and Oh!
I just have
to print this part
FHF: You sure aren't
afraid to toot your racial horn, are you. Teutonic... as in Nordic. Your mother
must have been futile in her Germanic breeding.
NAZI: Iye.
FHF: Pirates?
NAZI: What?
FHF: I heard a pirate. Nevermind. Even though she doesn't subscribe to our
faith, you must love your mother proudly?
NAZI: Iye. I love her dearly.
FHF: There's a term for that in our creed, the Oedipus Complex. Complex because
it's so hard to turly understand. I think you have that Oedipus Complex.
NAZI: I'm sure I do.
There are millions
of music reviews, information on the United State's "drug war",
comics, a test attempting to prove that truth is subjective, fables and stories,
alternative birth control methods that will keep me grabbing for a box of
condoms, great postal scams, a metaphorical interview with Satan about (duh)
Satanism, a fable by Charles Manson, an interview with those wacky robots
of Mystery Science Theater 3000, and just so much other great stuff. I was
also sent issue 2 and issue 3, which were also great. Issue three even had
a phone interview with Charles Manson. And there is always a very strong eye
on the Hardcore music scene. What is best about this publication is the passion
expressed by Adel; he seems to really care about and believe in what he is
saying and helps you to understand why. If you would like to read some intelligent
writing by a person who cares about this world, then I urge you check it out.
From Not Like Most Issue 6
... This thick, digest-sized collection of vitriol is packed with intelligent rant (particularly against Xtians) and fun statistical items appropriated. Highlights include a candid interview with serial killer Richard Ramirez, 70's blaxploitation film star Rudy Ray Moore (a.k.a. Dolemite), Plus, dissension against television, the herd, Lincoln's racism, the homeless, those who use Satan's tools yet don't give him credit, and to the collective of humanity. In addition, FoHaF praises the penis, the Marquis de Sade, cultural terrorism, and much more... the attitude and honest writing is refreshing when you've been forced to wade in the cesspool of zine sewage too often.
From Rats In the Hallway No.12
I can't believe that no one ever ranted and raved about this zine in the earshot of yerz trooley! This zine, by far, it the absolute best Satanic zine I've ever read. Editor, Adel 156, is an amazingly articulate individual, who speaks his mind with a no-bullshit, no remorse, and no mercy approach. This guy has you hooked from beginning to end, and you walk away feeling that somehow you are a wiser person for taking the time to read his zine. I could go off for paragraphs about FOHAF, but I don't want to ruin it for you, so I'll just tell you about a few stand out articles. Adel is perhaps the only person I've encountered who can condense the AIDS as biowarfare conspiracy to a couple of pages, without excising important facts including footnotes and bibliography so you can dig through all the tedious reading and research he did for yourself. Very worth it just for this article alone! Also, he goes off for like three pages about pubic hair and guess what!? It's actually very interesting (even for a guy like me, who hates genital hair so much that well I shave it, okay?). Damn! There's so much to read here! Bizarre websites, a rundown of government agencies, listed by abbreviations and what they are, purport to be, and do; thoughts on just about everything you can think of, a personal look at the late Dr. Anton Szandor Lavey, and an article a lot of you kids who don't know that the swastika predates the Nazis should read entitled, "Call a Swastika a Piece of Shit to a Hindu and He'll Kick Your Teeth In!" I cannot say enough good things about this zine! If I could, I'd grab each and every one of you readers by the neck and shake the shit outta you until you agreed to read this.
and a few more...
