I began writing in the style of an old friend, not an angry listener. He sent me a personal letter. I soon asked for a signed photo. He sent me 5, all signed. I soon began sending him the FoHaF stuff, and once submitting to him the idea that cocaine could help him lose weight and calling him 'tubby'. He never wrote back.
